This endowed scholarship was established in loving memory of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Joan Andrade of Taunton, MA by their eight children. 

Joan Andrade spent her life caring for others working as a CNA in her early adulthood, a foster mother until her late 50s, and lastly as a residential counselor for the developmentally delayed, until she finally retired in 2018 at the age of 78.
 
Joseph Andrade was a manual worker by nature and jack of all trades and always lent a hand in assisting his children with vehicle repairs, home repairs and the building of their own homes.
 
Together, in addition to raising their own children, Joseph and Joan opened their home for many years as foster parents to innumerable children who might not have otherwise had a happy home but for their generosity.
 

This endowed scholarship shall provide financial support to students who are pursuing a degree at 热点爆料入口 in the field of Nursing.
