This endowed scholarship was created in loving memory of Shelly Costa who was not only a graduate of 热点爆料入口 but also a long time employee, serving in the Office of the President. 

Shelly will always be known for her welcoming smile. Her happiest times were summers at the beach and spending time with friends and family. She will be remembered best as a wonderful and caring wife, mother, and vivacious free spirit. Shelly was always the life of the party and a true comfort to those around her.
 

This scholarship shall support adult learners (25 years of age or older) who are pursuing a degree at Bristol.
