preference, gender identity, veteran status and all other classifications protected
under federal and Massachusetts law. If you believe you have been subjected to any
prohibited conduct, you may submit this form to register a complaint or contact Bristol鈥檚
Title IX and Affirmative Action Officer, Johanna Bielawski. She may be contacted by

Investigations into reports of alleged violations will be conducted expeditiously. Complaints will be kept private to the extent possible. Retaliation against a person filing a complaint or cooperating in the investigation of an alleged violation is prohibited. All parties to a complaint may have a personal advisor to assist them throughout the process (for union employees, this may be a union representative).
